Hat tip to Shakes for this. No wonder there are so many young girls with eating disorders. No one can meet this fake standard, and no one should try!
Don't agonize, organize ... that's my mantra. Change won't happen unless you work to make it happen! But sometimes even your best efforts don't provide the results you were looking for. Or sometimes a situation is just so completely outrageous that all you can do is say ... YIKES!

As the mom of 2 daughters, this kind of stuff infuriates me. My younger one is going to middle school this year, she is NOT pencil thin (she's kind of a fireplug, actually) and I'm worried for her. Kids AND adults comment.
You know, Faith Hill could raise a sink. She's got daughters too! My impression is, she HAS a soul ...
I wish she would say something. This caught my eye, partly because of the discussion at the NOW conference last weekend. It's exactly what the women from Hollywood were talking about!
