MSM Stalking

britney-media-stalkers-400x270.jpg

Now I don't want to go all "Chris Crocker" here, but come on ... enough is enough. One of the lead stories this morning on Today was the status of Britney Spears custody battle. Another of the "top stories" involves pictures of Princess Diana that have just surfaced. Come on MSM ... aren't there more important stories to tell? Here are some suggestions:

  1. The Minnesota National Guard's 1st Brigade Combat Team of the 34th Infantry Division returned home to find that nearly one half of the soldiers were one day short of being eligible for a more generous military educational benefit.

  2. President Bush vetoed health care for children -- who is that going to impact, and why should Americans be concerned?

  3. Secret U.S. Endorsement of Severe Interrogations Torture.

  4. North Koreans Agree to Disable Nuclear Facilities -- the move is seen as a model for how to deal with Iran.

While Britney's story is unfortunate, could one of the contributing factors to her breakdown be that she is being stalked by MSM. There are laws that protect women from stalkers -- too bad they don't apply to celebrities being stalked by a greedy, looking for an 'inexpensive to produce' story at the expense of truly informing the public, main stream media.

When the corporate media- aka NBC, aka GE, aka a defense contractor wants to distract us they trot out Britney, missing blonds and other assorted non issues.

Sadly, being Americans, like lemmings to the cliff go the typical viewers.

So sad, so sad, so sad.

That one day short business is totally effed up BTW.

Wow.
